two year project on Institutional Dynamics in Communal based Forest
Management was initiated in 1999 with funding provided by the African
Academy of Sciences. The work is being conducted in the Chivi District.
The grant will cover the research costs for Ms. Nemarundwe’s Ph. D.
studies.
